I was shot at
but I didn’t die
the bullet passed right through me
and hit some passerby

so I pulled up my shirt
and showed the shooter why

he squealed

I took a pen from my pocket and brought it down
with all of my weight into his thigh
he didn’t scream or blink he just pulled off his pants

where my pen was now snug inside
